On Wednesdays at 2pm we meet at our boatshed on Woodburn Place to go surfing at East Sands. 

 

Depending on the weather and tides, the waves can get pretty big here, and surfing them is a lot of fun.

 

If there is no surf, we just go for a paddle around some of the Fife coastline, watching out for wildlife such as seals, which often pop up to take a look at us.

 

Q) What should I bring?

• Swimming costume

• Towel

• Thermals and/or fleeces (not cotton) to wear while paddling

• Wetboots/old trainers you don't mind getting wet

• Warm clothes to wear afterwards

• Drink & Chocolate bar
